I’ve always loved Mid-Century design, so when I stumbled upon these speaker kits I knew I had to work up a design that would speak to my taste in furniture. These little bluetooth speakers start out with electronics from Rockler, and are paired with beautiful wood to combine form and function.

We’re Rachel & Hunter Pridgen, owners of Feather or Knot Farm & Maker in Benson, NC. Our business started in the spring of 2020 when Hunter wanted to get 8 pet ducks. Little did Rachel know this would spiral out of hand very quickly! Currently we’ve got over 150 waterfowl in our flock ranging from domestic ducks to more exotic species. Lately, we’ve focused our efforts on conservation as several of the species we own aren’t too far removed from the endangered species list- such as Hawaiian geese and marbled teal. This is where the “feather” in our business name comes from!
